一、材料选择 Material Selection
- 长期热稳定性 Long-term Thermal Stability
甄选高端漆包线材,不同规格均符合对应权威标准,涵盖JIS C 3215系列(日本,对应高温级漆包线规格)、GB/T 6109系列(中国,等同采用对应IEC标准)、IEC 60317系列(国际)三重规范,采用220—240℃耐高温规格,性能远超行业常规155/180℃线材。依托特种PI基材与自主改良绝缘涂层,构建多层复合耐热结构,具备500℃以上极限耐温能力,可抵御专业PA(专业音响)瞬时大功率过载冲击。搭配专用耐高温胶粘剂体系,在240℃额定工况下可稳定连续工作1000小时以上,能充分满足车载及专业音响长效高温使用需求。

High-end enameled wires are selected, with different specifications complying with corresponding authoritative standards, including JIS C 3215 Series (Japan, corresponding to high-temperature grade enameled wire specifications), GB/T 6109 Series (China, equivalently adopting the corresponding IEC standard) and IEC 60317 Series (International). Adopting 220—240℃ high-temperature grade, it far exceeds conventional 155/180℃ wires in the industry. Combined with special PI film and self-developed modified insulation coating, a multi-layer heat-resistant structure is formed, achieving an ultimate temperature resistance of above 500℃ to resist instant high-power overload impact of professional PA (Professional Audio). Matched with a dedicated high-temperature adhesive system, it can work stably and continuously for more than 1000 hours under the rated working condition of 240℃, which can fully meet the long-term high-temperature use needs of automotive and professional audio.
- 高绝缘耐压性能 High Insulation & Withstand Voltage
不同规格漆包线材分别符合对应权威标准,涵盖JIS C 3216-5:2019、GB/T 4074.5-2024、IEC 60851-5:2019三重规范,均通过双重绝缘验证。常温击穿电压可达2600V以上,在高温恶劣环境下仍能保持绝缘稳定,杜绝大功率工况下高压击穿、短路风险。优化绝缘漆层结构与配比,兼顾电气安全、散热效率与声学灵敏度,实现三者协同提升。
Different specifications of enameled wires comply with corresponding authoritative standards respectively, including JIS C 3216-5:2019, GB/T 4074.5-2024 and IEC 60851-5:2019, all passing double insulation verification. The breakdown voltage reaches over 2600V at room temperature and can maintain stable insulation under high-temperature harsh conditions, avoiding high-voltage breakdown and short-circuit risks under high-power operation. The structure and ratio of the insulation coating are optimized to balance electrical safety, heat dissipation efficiency and acoustic sensitivity, achieving coordinated improvement of the three.
- 高温粘接防护体系 High-temperature Adhesion Performance
采用超高温改性专用粘接体系,强化线间及线材与BOBBIN骨架的结合强度。经实测验证,不同高温工况下的耐受性能如下:350℃工况可稳定连续工作100小时以上,无烧毁、无失效;420℃工况可稳定连续工作10小时以上,无烧毁、无失效;500℃短时极限工况可稳定维持10分钟以上,无烧毁、无失效。可有效抑制高温环境下胶体老化、碳化及粘接力衰减,避免音圈出现松脱、变形、溃散等结构失效问题,为大功率、瞬时高温冲击场景提供可靠的结构防护。

Adopting an ultra-high-temperature modified dedicated adhesive system to strengthen the bonding strength between wires and between wires and the BOBBIN framework. Verified by actual measurement, the tolerance performance under different high-temperature working conditions is as follows: it can work stably and continuously for more than 100 hours without burnout or failure under 350℃ working condition; work stably and continuously for more than 10 hours without burnout or failure under 420℃ working condition; and stably maintain for more than 10 minutes without burnout or failure under 500℃ short-term extreme working condition. It can effectively inhibit colloid aging, carbonization and bonding force attenuation in high-temperature environments, avoid structural failure problems such as voice coil wire loosening, deformation and collapse, and provide reliable structural protection for high-power and instant high-temperature impact scenarios.

- 搭载闭环电子恒张力控制系统,配合标准化层绕制程,精准管控线距、同轴度及关键尺寸公差。固化制程参数,优化CPK(过程能力指数),大幅降低批量波动,保障产品尺寸与电气参数的一致性。

Equipped with a closed-loop electronic constant tension control system, combined with standardized layer winding technology, it precisely controls wire spacing, coaxiality and key dimensional tolerance. Solidify process parameters, optimize CPK (Process Capability Index), greatly reduce batch deviation, and ensure the consistency of product dimensions and electrical parameters.
- 铝引线专属焊接工艺 Specialized Aluminum Lead Welding Process
针对铝线易氧化、易出现虚焊、脱焊的行业痛点,定制表层前处理与专属焊接方案,有效破除氧化层,实现稳定的界面结合。焊点具备优异的抗振动、耐温循环、耐老化性能,显著提升焊接可靠性,延长产品使用寿命。
Aiming at the industry pain points of aluminum wire being prone to oxidation, cold solder joints and desoldering, customized surface pretreatment and specialized welding schemes are adopted to effectively remove the oxide layer and achieve stable interfacial combination. The welding points have excellent vibration resistance, thermal cycle resistance and aging resistance performance, significantly improving welding reliability and extending product service life.
