一、材料选择Material Selection
1. 长期热稳定性
漆包线甄选东特、古河、益利素勒、民华等国内外一线品牌,采用符合 IEC 60172 认证的 220–240℃耐高温规格,性能远超行业常规 155/180℃线材。
依托特种 PI 基材与自主改良绝缘涂层配方,构建多层复合耐热结构,具备 500℃+ 极限耐温能力,可抵御专业 PA 瞬时大功率过载冲击,有效防止高温短路与热老化失效。
搭配专用耐高温胶系,漆包线在 240℃工况下可稳定连续工作 20000 小时以上,长期高负荷运行无软化、脱层、散线问题,充分满足车载及专业音响长效高温使用要求。
1.1 Long-term Thermal Stability
We select world-class enameled wire suppliers including Totoku, Furukawa, Elektrisola and Minhua.All wires comply with IEC 60172, adopting 220–240℃ high-temperature grade, far exceeding conventional 155/180℃ industry materials.
Combined with special PI film and self-developed modified insulation coating, a multi-layer heat-resistant structure is formed, achieving an ultimate temperature resistance above 500℃.It effectively resists instant high-power overload impact of professional PA speakers and prevents high-temperature short circuit and thermal aging failure.
Matched with high-temperature adhesive systems, the enameled wire can operate continuously for over 20,000 hours at 240℃ without softening, delamination or wire loosening, fully adapting to long-term high-load working conditions.

2. 高绝缘耐压性能
依据 IEC 60851-5 标准完成双重绝缘验证,常温击穿电压可达 2600V+,高温恶劣环境下仍保持稳定绝缘表现,杜绝大功率工况下高压击穿、短路风险。
同步优化绝缘漆层结构配比,在保障电气安全的同时平衡散热效率与声学灵敏度,实现绝缘可靠性与音质表现双向兼顾。
1.2 High Insulation & Withstand Voltage
Verified in accordance with IEC 60851-5, the breakdown voltage reaches over 2600V at room temperature and maintains stable insulation under high temperature, effectively avoiding high-voltage breakdown and short circuit under high-power operation.
Optimized insulation coating balance heat dissipation and acoustic sensitivity, ensuring both electrical safety and acoustic performance.
3. 高温粘接防护体系
采用超高温改性专用粘接体系,强化线与线、线材与 BOBBIN 骨架的结合强度。
经实测验证:350℃可稳定连续 1000 小时以上无碳化,420℃耐受数小时无碳化,500℃短时极限工况可维持 10 分钟以上无碳化。
有效抑制高温下胶体老化、碳化、粘接力衰减,避免音圈松线、变形、溃散等结构失效,为大功率、瞬时高温冲击场景提供关键结构防护。
1.3 High-temperature Adhesion Performance
Adopting ultra-high-temperature modified adhesive to strengthen bonding between wires and between wire and bobbin.
Tested performance:
No carbonization at 350℃ for over 1,000 hours;
No carbonization at 420℃ for several hours;
No carbonization at 500℃ for more than 10 minutes.
It greatly inhibits adhesive aging and carbonization under extreme heat, preventing voice coil deformation and wire scattering, and ensuring structural stability under high temperature and overload.
二、精密制程工艺 Precision Manufacturing Process
1. 恒张力精密绕线工艺
搭载闭环电子恒张力控制系统,配合标准化层绕制程,精准管控线距、同轴度、绕线排布及关键尺寸公差。
通过制程参数固化与过程能力管控,持续优化CPK 过程能力指数,大幅降低批量波动,从制造端保障产品尺寸、电气参数的一致性。
2.1 Constant Tension Winding Process
Equipped with closed-loop electronic constant tension control and standardized layer winding technology,
precisely controlling wire spacing, coaxiality and dimensional tolerance.
With solidified process parameters and continuous CPK improvement, batch deviation is minimized to ensure consistent dimensional and electrical performance in mass production.
2. 铝引线专属焊接工艺
铝线材表面易形成致密氧化层,极易造成虚焊、脱焊、焊点力学强度不足。
针对铝材特性定制前处理工艺与专属焊接方案,有效破除表层氧化膜,实现稳定可靠的界面结合;
焊点具备优异的抗振动、耐温循、耐老化能力,从根源提升铝引线焊接可靠性,延长产品使用寿命。
2.2 Specialized Aluminum Lead Welding Process
Aluminum material is prone to dense oxide layer, which easily causes cold solder joint, desoldering and insufficient welding strength.
Customized surface treatment and professional welding technology eliminate oxide layers and realize stable interfacial combination.
The welding point features excellent vibration resistance, thermal cycle resistance and aging resistance, greatly improving the long-term reliability of aluminum leads.

3. 11-step Systematic Development Process
We implement a complete 11-step standardized development system:
Demand input → Feasibility evaluation → Scheme review → Standard confirmation → Prototyping → Performance test → Reliability verification → Parameter finalization → Mass production review → Control plan formulation → Mass production.
Key process parameters, inspection standards and special characteristics are fully controlled throughout the whole process.
Realizing closed-loop management from R&D to mass production, to guarantee consistent quality between samples and volume products, and stably supply high-precision, high-reliability voice coils.
